Love what this does for me!!!

I really get a lot out of all of Darren Marks apps but this one is the best IMO. I have tried meditation but nothing about that is as easy or enjoyable as this! I like having all the different subjects available in one app. Darrens voice is soothing unlike some of the other Hypnotherapists. This really does work if you follow the recommendations of how to implement it in your life!!!!
